So some of you may remember my review of the L'Oreal Elvive extraordinaryoil, and you'll recall that I was completely in love with it. Well here's a review of a similar product that has made me betray the extraordinary oil. I've got to admit when I first got this product I wasn't overly excited as I already had my holy grail hair product. Nevertheless one day I found myself reaching for it and from then on my extraordinary oil has lay dusty and discarded in the bottom of a box. What is this product I hear you ask, well it's the John Frieda full repair deep infusion*.
Unlike the L'Oreal product this is more like a serum than an oil, which my hair seems to appreciate. It says it contains Inca Inchi oil which is rich in Omega-3 and is found in a plant which grows in the Amazon rainforest.
I dispense one pump into my palm and rub them together. I then run my hands through the ends of wet hair and blow dry as usual. It leaves my hair leaving silky smooth and takes care of most of my split ends. Obviously being the winter my hair is especially dry at the moment so this is a life saver. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or sticky, however I do make sure that I keep it to the ends of my hair. You can get these from Boots for £6.99 for 50ml which is a very reasonable price, and currently the range is on a 3 for 2 offer.
Have any of you tried this? What did you think?
Lots of Love
