New Additions

I’ve had a few weeks off recently and I’ve been finding myself popping into town to have a browse for the afternoon, it’s been really lovely and I’ve picked up a few new bits for when I go back to work.

Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint – Chilli
I’ve seen some of the new autumn shades around the blogs and I just couldn’t resist picking one up since the collection includes some gorgeous colours. I bought the shade chili which is a deep burnt red, I love the Gelly Hi-Shine polishes they never fail to deliver and I’m sure I’ll be buying a few more form this collection over the coming months.

I can’t believe it has taken me this long to buy one of these lipsticks. I’ve borrowed a few from friends before and I was always impressed with the finish and the staying power. I’ve tried this one once so far and I was pretty happy with it, it’s a bold berry colour and will hopefully serve me well throughout the winter months.

I bought this off the back of a recommendation from Lily, I was really unhappy with the concealer I was currently using so I thought I’d give this one a try as Lily had given it a very positive review. I got the lightest shade I could find, and it’s good for me at the moment but we will have to see what happenes when my tan fades. It’s a really creamy formula and blends really easily, I’ve only used this a few times but I’m really liking it so far.

Witch - Anti Blemish Skin Clearing Primer
I bought this as it was on offer in my local Superdrug for £1.25, it was so cheap I couldn’t really not buy it. I’ve always liked the Witch brand and I thought this would be perfect for my oily skin. Now I’ve only used this a few times but so far I think it’s actually making my skin oilier than usual! I need to keep going with this for a while but I’m not impressed with it.

Have any of you tried any of these?

Lots of Love

  1. I love the Witch primer for my oily/combination skin and I love the fact that is tackles my skin at the same time too!
